What that means is looking at each area of Product Strategy, Portfolio, Delivery and integration and lift each process, each team up the maturity curve.
Our approach in developing the Product function, is to drive this linked to the other functions of a business – sales, marketing, service, engineering and of course, the board. It gives us a checklist to see how decisions are made, collaboration happens, and driving to decisions, feedback and managing variance. It’s this balance of the big picture with attention to detail, that helps drive growth.
